Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Device
Ensure the INMO XR glasses are factory reset, packed in their original box with all cables, manuals, and accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the hardware for damage and confirms all components are present, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
